Dear Friends,
It is with a heavy heart that we all learned of the passing of Cookie Harris, beloved wife of Congressman Andy Harris. A jovial, kind, and selfless woman, Cookie was a tremendous champion of babies, and a model wife, mother, and grandmother. We have lost an angel among us, but heaven has another pair of wings.

Lastly, a funeral mass will be celebrated for Cookie Harris on Monday, September 1st beginning at 11 am at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen on Charles Street in Baltimore.
